All transactions are non-refundable unless otherwise stipulated in a specific product description.

Service type products can obviously not be warrantied or guaranteed. When a service has not stipulated outcome, a best effort intention shall apply. We cannot make any guarantees on certain types of services.  If there is a guarantee on a service, it will be stipulated as such in the product description as a “guarantee”.

Since most of our products are services rendered, and often very labour intensive, we often execute the many hours of service right away and the payment for the whole service is often arranged over a long period of months, both for convenience and  budget-friendly affordability.  

This type of payment arrangement over numerous month should be considered as a contract and NOT as a monthly subscription service. Subscription services such as hosting will be stipulated as an ongoing subscription fee in the product description, should that apply.
